A national insurance provider needed a new quoting system for their national network of agents. Their legacy software was obsolete. The goal was to enable conversations, not just provide a new pricing calculator. The resulting system reflects the fluid nature of human discussion. By combining proprietary data and public records, it provides insights for everything from general risk assessments, to solving life pain points, to targeted and direct product information.
